1. Nature of Service

RoamRecipe is a travel consultancy operated by Alfredo Berardi, based in Switzerland (roamrecipe.ch). It provides curated travel itineraries and consultancy services in digital PDF format — not a travel agency, booking platform, or tour operator.

All itineraries are informational documents designed to assist travelers in planning their trips independently. RoamRecipe does not make reservations, book accommodation, arrange transport, or act on behalf of the traveler in any capacity.

2. Traveler Responsibility

All reservations, bookings, purchases, and travel arrangements remain the sole responsibility of the traveler. This includes but is not limited to: flights, accommodation, car rentals, restaurant bookings, museum tickets, travel insurance, visas, and any other travel-related expenses.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RoamRecipe is not liable for changes in availability, pricing, operating hours, or other third-party conditions at the destinations described in our itineraries. Information is accurate at time of writing and may be subject to change.

3. Personal Use Only

All itineraries purchased from RoamRecipe are licensed for personal use only. You may not reproduce, resell, share, distribute, or publish any part of our itinerary documents — in whole or in part — without explicit written permission from RoamRecipe.

4. Purchases & Delivery

All digital products are sold and delivered via Gumroad. Payment is processed by Gumroad's secure payment infrastructure. Upon successful payment, your PDF itinerary is delivered to your email address automatically. RoamRecipe does not store your payment information.

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. For technical issues contact travel@roamrecipe.ch.

5. Custom Itineraries

Custom itinerary requests submitted via the contact form are not binding contracts. RoamRecipe will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a 40-minute call to discuss your trip. Custom itineraries start from CHF 149, with final pricing depending on trip complexity (number of destinations, trip length, and group size), payable after the call.

Custom itineraries are delivered within 48–72 hours of the call as a personalised PDF itinerary and Google Sheets Trip Planner, and are subject to the same personal use terms as pre-made itineraries.

6. Accuracy of Information

While we take care to ensure our itineraries are accurate and up to date, RoamRecipe cannot guarantee the accuracy of third-party information (opening hours, prices, availability). We recommend verifying key details before your trip.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection or jurisdiction rights applicable to you.
